Community Involvement
Serving the Lexington area since 1934, Yellow Cab has put down
deep roots in the community. We promote social awareness with our
pink taxis for breast cancer and are the exclusive cab company of
Keeneland. We also support and partner with the following
organizations:
- Better Business Bureau
- Bluegrass Hospitality Association
- Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau
- Taxicab, Limousine & Paratransit Association (TLPA)
- Commerce of Lexington
Breast Cancer Awareness
Three of Yellow Cab's taxis turned bright pink in honor of
Breast Cancer Awareness. "The eye-catching pink cabs
"Pink Rides" will serve the entire Lexington area at
all times of the day and night, keeping the issue in front of
Lexington's visitors and residents.
We are proud to support Making Strides Against
Breast Cancer and Susan G.
Komen foundation, these organization work so
tirelessly to provide support to people whose lives are affected by
breast cancer and to raise funds to find a cure. Yellow Cab
has made financial contributions and cab donations to these local
charities in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness month and
participates in the Race for the Cure.
